Palmdale Oil Announces Pacific Pride, Inc. Acquisition by Wright Express, LLC
Fort Pierce, Florida, February 29, 2008 – South Florida-based Palmdale Oil Company announces that Pacific Pride, Inc. has been sold to Wright Express, LLC, providing outstanding fleet card services to Palmdale Oil customers.
On February 29, 2008, Pacific Pride Services, Inc. closed transactions to sell substantially all of its assets to Wright Express, LLC. The new name of Pacific Pride Services, Inc. will be Pacific Pride Services, LLC.
Wright Express, LLC is a leading provider of payment processing for both commercial and government fleet industries. Their extensive network of fleet card locations and ability to help customers manage their vehicle fleets distinguishes Wright Express in the fleet card market.
Now with the competitive edge of Wright Express, the Pacific Pride Fleet Card program is offered to Palmdale Oil Company customers as the leading fleet card program in the US. The Pacific Pride Fleet Card can now be used at any one of 1200 locations in a network that spans the country, along with 200 locations available in Canada. Additional sites are being added daily.
